Early Check-in

Call for early check-in.

If unavailable, they will hold your bags at the front desk until after the ceremony.

There is valet parking at the hotel for a fee, but it is across the street from Pi Alley Parking with reasonable overnight rates.

Church Parking is available at

The Hynes Auditorium Garage for a fee.

Transportation between the hotel and church will be provided for a limited number via 2 buses.

Timeline:

1:15pm : Bus A departs Parker House

(Seating for 38)

for guests who want to grab lunch by the church pre-ceremony

1:30pm : Bus B departs Parker House for church

(Seating for 38)

for guests who want to grab a pint by the church pre-ceremony

1:40 : Bus A Departs Parker House for Church

(Seating for 38)

1:50 : Bus B Departs Parker House for Church
(Seating for 38)

2:15 : Bus A Departs Parker House for Church

(seating for 26 & bridesmaids)

Please be seated by 2:45pm at the church.

After the ceremony busses (76 seats) will return to the hotel & make a round trip which will take 30 minutes.
